I brought in my 2007 Equinox just for an oil change. I will be bringing it in again in the near future for repair of a problem that was already fixed once and still isn"t working right. The service is usually good. My main issue is that over time, every time I take the car in, someone new is at the service desk. I almost never get to see the same service advisor twice. Why is there no continuity in service of people in that area? These are the people you see first when you bring your vehicle in for service,and it would be nice to know they remember who you are. I understand this is a very busy dealership, but it would still be nice to see a friendly face who could at least refer to you by name. Read More >>

I bought my 2008 Chevrolet Impala in 2011 from a used dealership, CarMax. I noticed recently that my car had a distinct delay when coming from a stopped position. It would delay and then jerk into gear. I took it to T&K auto because I had bought an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle. T&K advised me that my transmission was still covered under manufacturer warranty up until 100, 000 or 04/25/2013. How blessed was I since my car had 97,000 miles on it and it was 04/19/2013. I was able to take it into the Service Department at Van Chevrolet and spoke with Junior, who was able to get me into a wonderful loaner (Chevy Equinox, 2013 - which I now want to purchase). My car was brought in on the 19th and was ready on the 25th for pick up. My car is driving so much better now that it was serviced. it feels like a brand new vehicle. As happy as I am with the service and the state of my vehicle, I am still longing for a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. Thank you Junior and the Van Chevrolet team. I brought my used 2011 crew cab chevy in for an oil change. There were a few service bulletins which were applied and various other details. The only complaint I have is that I don't wait patiently like a lot of folks so the new waiting area was just the thing. The service techncian or manager was very polite and asked what he could do for me. The process worked well and I got my oil changed. All in all I am very satisfied with Van Chevrolet. I bought this truch at Van in December of last year. I am really proud of how it drives and the interior is easy to mainmtain.. I came into Carrollton, TX Van Chevrolet, for an appointment to change my oil, and rotate my tires. Junior is my Tech. He was very prompt in getting to my 2011 Chevy Cruz, told me what it needed & we discussed some issues I was having with the Tire sincers. Everyone I came in contact with during my stay there was top notch. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours with everything we discussed fixed & my Car was Cleanned inside & out.
